You are solely responsible for every comment or reply you submit. An anonymous display name does not remove personal responsibility or legal accountability for unlawful conduct.
Technical records
When you accept these Terms or submit a source post, comment, or reply, CommentCentral records associated technical information internally. This may include your acceptance version, submitted content, anonymous display name, source-post identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, and the date and time in UTC.

Lawful disclosure
Internal records may be preserved and disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a lawful request from law enforcement. These records are not provided through a public interface.
